I am an Iranian-Canadian artist based in Vancouver, BC. My work explores identity across cultures, time, and place, and how our inner lives are shaped by the environments we move through. As an immigrant, technologist-turned-artist who has lived across five countries over six decades, I draw from personal experience to explore belonging, visibility, freedom, and the tension between private identity and public expectations, often placing myself at the center of my work as the anti-hero of my own stories.

Before turning to art, I spent over 30 years in leadership roles in the technology sector. That experience continues to shape how I observe power, structure, and the social systems that influence our lives.
